Special Topics in Network Engineering

  • This year, we will read papers from Mobicom 2013 and Mobisys 2013.
  • Students are required to present two papers (NO posters or demos).
  • Each week, we discuss 1-2 paper(s) in depth.
  • Presentation will be 30min each, followed by open discussion.

Assessment

  • There is no midterm or final exam.
  • Students will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
    • Presentations (25+25 = 50)
    • Attendance (16)
    • Participation in discussion (34)

Schedule

  • In case you need to change your schedule due to an emergency, you should
    • Notify the instructor at least one week prior to the event
    • Arrange a replacement (talk to your colleagues)
    • Do your best to submit a supporting document from the event
    • Otherwise, your grade for the presentation (25%) will be deduced without further considerations
